Are your products safe for microwave/dishwasher use?
Yes – All of our products are suitable to be used in the microwave and dishwasher.
Are your products chip-resistant?
As with all ceramic products, we are unable to fully guarantee that your product will be chip resistant. However, we do use high quality materials to reduce the risk of chips occurring.
Can I request a sample?
Of course. If you’d like to see a combination of product and finish come together, please contact us for a sample.
Do you have a premises I can visit?
We do. We're based in TongguanYao,Changsha,China, and will be happy to invite you come and view our showroom and factory.
Can you create a bespoke(custom) design?

We are based in the China in the heart of the Potteries, Changsha.
Does any differents between images with actual goods？
Please allow for small differences in size, shape and colour between the items as they are all custom handmade, this is the beauty of hand made pottery.
